1. Standard Refunds

Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

After 1 Hour: Refunds are not available once the report has been processed or delivered, as vehicle data retrieval from official databases is instant and non-reversible.

Once a report is generated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed due to direct government database charges.

2. Exceptional Cases Where Refunds May Be Approved

  • System Error: If our system fails to deliver your report.
  • Duplicate Order: If you accidentally placed multiple identical orders for the same VIN/REG.
  • Incorrect Report (Our Error): If the report delivered does not match the VIN or REG you entered.
⚠️ Important: If you enter the wrong VIN/REG, we cannot guarantee a refund because external databases charge per search. However, contact us immediately — we will review your case individually.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your order details and reason for refund.
  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
